This is awesome! I just started working with the only comics and hip-hop con in the country, Cola-Con in Columbia, SC (Oct 25-26, 2013), and it is super exciting that Comic-Con is hosting a whole panel on the topic. Cola-Con hosted a show by Ghostface last year (watching Cola-Con founder Preach Jacobs ecstatically jump up and down watching Ghostface’s set was one of my meta highlights of the year), and this year’s headliner is Big K.R.I.T. from Def Jam. Super stoked!
